OF WORK
Rough
Construction Clean
Subcontractor shall sweep and clean the concrete slab after
pour, but before framing layout, and clean excess debris from
the general pad area.
Subcontractor shall cleanup and rough out house during rough
carpentry work to meet CAL-OSHA requirements and after rough
carpentry work is complete and prepare house for electrician.
Subcontractor shall furnish and install rat proofing and fire
stop materials as directed by the Project Superintendent and
prior to county inspection.
Subcontractor shall clean interior and exterior of unit after
roofers are finished with preliminary roof nailing. Haul all
lumber, roofing scraps and nails as necessary prior to lathing.
After carpenters and rough trades are complete, Subcontractor
shall clean FAU areas, shaft compartments, hidden space and
sweep for electrician,
Subcontractor shall dig around unit and garage to prepare
for plasters; this shall be a minimum of 6-8 below
the top of the slab.
Subcontractor shall pick up and remove plasterers wire,
tarpaper and foam (if applicable) from each lot prior to stucco
scratch coat. Remove plaster fall-down from around unit after
all plastering is completed and scaffolds removed (fall-down
shall be pulled away from each unit by plaster contractor).
Subcontractor shall sweep the entire unit prior to wall paint,
including but limited to, pot shelves, floors, horizontal
surfaces and garages.
Subcontractor shall sweep out the unit before cabinet spraying,
including the cleaning of all cabinet interiors and drawers.
Subcontractor shall cleanup exterior, remove loose debris
and make ready for concrete flatwork.

wall material).
