Move In Clean

Move in cleanup shall be thorough and completely ready for the walk-through.

Before the start of any detail cleaning, all interior floors, including closets shall be broom swept.

Windows and frames, sliding doors and frames shall be cleaned and polished inside and out of all foreign matter. Wipe down screens.

All window tracks, patio door tracks and wardrobe door tracks shall be cleaned of all foreign matter and vacuumed to roll free. Metal thresholds shall be cleaned and polished.

All doors, shelves, ledges, sills, counters, tile, and cabinets must be cleaned and dusted of all foreign matter.

Mirrors and mirrored wardrobe doors including frames shall be cleaned of all foreign matter and polished.

All plumbing fixtures at kitchen sinks, tubs, toilets, showers and laundry areas shall be cleaned of foreign matter and polished.

All perimeter heat ducts shall be cleaned of trash, dusted and vacuumed.

All stained wood items, including cabinets, stair railings and wood thresholds shall be cleaned and polished with lemon oil.

Resilient floors are to be wet mopped, cleaned and polished.

Vacuum all carpets with rotary brush hiding all seams.

All doors, casings, hardware and base shall be dusted clean, including switch plates.

Metal fireboxes shall be cleaned inside and out. Glass doors shall be cleaned and polished.

Fireplace face, mantle and hearth shall be dusted clean. All light fixtures including recessed and florescent lighting shall be cleaned.

Kitchen: Clean counter tops, sinks, appliances, icemaker hook-up, luminous ceiling panels and flush lights. Lemon oil all cabinets, toe kicks and exposed upper cabinet tops. Mop the floors.

Bathroom: Vacuum inside all cabinets and drawers. Clean plumbing fixtures, toilets, tubs, showers, shower enclosures, and mirrors, inside medicine cabinets, light fixtures, luminous ceiling panels and flush lights. Lemon oil stained grade cabinets. Mop the floors.

Exterior: Sweep porches, patios, balconies, decks and stoops. Clean exterior light fixtures, door hardware and thresholds. Wipe down front door. Mop all entry hard surfaces. Hose-out garage.

All trash and debris accumulated during move-in cleanup shall be removed from the site by the move in cleanup subcontractor.
